Sponsorship is always welcome for Minerals North. As a sponsor, your organization will gain valuable exposure to both regional and industry-wide attendees, receive recognition throughout the event, and have the opportunity to show your support for 2026 event. A range of sponsorship levels are available to suit your organization’s goals. To learn more or secure your sponsorship, please download the Sponsorship Prospectus or contact the Organizing Committee through the Sponsorship Coordinator at jbarrowman@smithers.ca.

Minerals North is also the perfect event for helping area students get hands-on experience in the importance of minerals in our every-day lives, plus the potential for exciting careers. SEG will fill the nearby curling rink with Minerals Rock. It promises fun and engaging games and displays geared to the elementary and secondary schools in School District 54. We will be looking for volunteer geologists to help staff the displays to ensure we can answer all kinds of questions about shiny rocks and exciting careers. If you can handle an hour or two during Minerals North 2026 contact Georgia at outreachsmithersexplorationgr@gmail.com
